Back in 1996 when my youngest daughter Kate started nursery school I decided to try and put my love for candy making and baking to work for me the problem was how do I package the stuff? After looking around for a while I came up with the boxes that I currently offer. They start out a plain white, flat fold, food grade, cardboard box that I splash a little paint on and tie with the nicest ribbon I can find. Now inside these pretty little boxes is boat load of yummy confections...chocolate covered almonds, chocolate covered raisins, toasted coconut, non-pareils, crisped rice and white chocolate.

Here is a description of my other smaller items which seem to be catching on quite well.
First there's the homemade caramel, let's just say that this is a labor of love.
Turtles... caramel with almonds and chocolate.

Bear Paws... caramel with pecans and chocolate.

There are 3 generous clusters in each crispy cellophane package.

Salt... caramel with dark chocolate and finished with one of our artisan salts (currently I'm using a Hawaiian Red Clay Salt).

Chocolate covered pretzels... need I say more. You get 3 pretzel rods in a package.

Cranberry Almond Cups... This is great! It's white chocolate with dried cranberries and freshly roasted almonds.
Almond Clusters... Dark chocolate with plenty of freshly roasted almonds.

Espresso Crunch Cups... Dark chocolate blended with fresh coarse ground espresso beans.

Almond Butter Crunch... This is a homemade hard butter toffee topped with chocolate and chopped roasted almonds.

Fruit-n-Nut Cups...Almonds, cranberries and raisins with a generous drizzle of chocolate.
Peanut Butter Cups... Real peanut butter with chocolate.
