Back in 1996 when my youngest daughter Kate started nursery school I decided to try and put my love for candy making and baking to work for me the problem was how do I package the stuff? After looking around for a while I came up with the boxes that I currently offer. They start out a plain white, flat fold, food grade, cardboard box that I splash a little paint on and tie with the nicest ribbon I can find. Now inside these pretty little boxes is boat load of yummy confections...chocolate covered almonds, chocolate covered raisins, toasted coconut, non-pareils, crisped rice and white chocolate.

Here is a description of my other smaller items which seem to be catching on quite well.
First there's the homemade caramel, let's just say that this is a labor of love.
There is 1 humongous cluster in each crispy cellophane package.
Turtles... caramel with almonds and chocolate.

Salt Caramels... our homemade caramel with dark chocolate and finished with one of our artisan salts. You get 4 of these yummy morsals in a package.

Fruit-n-Nut Bar... This is great! It's white or dark chocolate with dried cranberries, freshly roasted almonds and raisins.

Espresso Crunch Bar... Dark chocolate blended with fresh coarse ground espresso beans.
Almond Butter Crunch... This is a homemade hard butter toffee topped with milk or dark chocolate and chopped roasted almonds.
Peanut Butter Cups... Real peanut butter with milk or dark chocolate (what could be better?).
